A blood draw is a medical procedure.
There is a special microscope that allows you to examine blood flow without drawing blood.
It seems like many companies sell them, but I think the set below is the cheapest.

How to observe blood flow | ||
Observe with the ring finger on the opposite side of your dominant arm. If you can’t see with your ring finger, use your middle finger.
First, apply the included oil to the thinnest part of the nail (nail base) with a cotton swab. (See photo on the left) |

It is not a special oil. It is also easily available on the internet.

Insert your ring finger into the holder to determine approximate position.
Final fine-tuning is done using the focus adjustment dial on the microscope side. |
