The time you can record video with just a high-resolution camera is limited.
There are two main ways to record long videos lasting several hours: the “PC method” and the “non-PC method.”
If you use a PC, you can record video directly to your PC’s storage, allowing you to record over long periods of time.
If you are not using a PC, you can use our HDMI recorder by connecting an external hard drive.
By connecting a large capacity external hard drive (up to 1TB) instead of USB memory, you can record for long periods of time.
Note that USB external hard drives will not work
Be sure to use a self-powered external hard drive that requires its own power source.
Also, if the format is FAT32 then there is a limit of 4GB per file, so if you want to record a long video in one file, please use an NTFS formatted HDD.
※It does not work with exFAT.
