Adjust the display speed (frame rate) of camera which used with our 3.0 USB microscope by time.
The upper limit is decided and this value takes precedence.
(Even if you change FrameSpeed or the resolution, it does not exceed this limitation)
However, if the processing speed of the camera can not catch up, it will be subtracted from the setting of upper limit value.
■ If there is enough processing speed, the display speed (frame rate) will not change even if the resolution is changed.

■You can rise the upper limitation by adjusting TIME
If the processing speed is not enough, the frame rate will be decline by adjusting the resolution and Frame Speed with the upper limitation which is set at Time.
