If the number of pixels in a camera is high, the resolution will be high. It is very hard to rough the image even if it is enlarged on a personal computer. However, since the data capacity becomes heavy, the data transfer speed to the personal computer will be slow. In other words, screen display in real time tends to be delayed against movement such as focusing and positioning.
PC monitor also has resolution, if it is only for observing on the PC screen and saving the image, there is not much difference in any pixel number, about 2 million pixels is sufficient.
If there are many uses such as applying digital zoom to the saved image, the number of pixels will be dominant.
